Choosing the right health insurance shouldn’t be overwhelming. My mission is to act as a dedicated partner for individuals and businesses, translating "insurance-speak" into clear, actionable solutions. I believe true leadership is about support and education. This philosophy helped me transition into a Field Training Associate role within my first seven months, where I now help mentor other agents to prioritize client needs above all else. I leverage 15 years of experience in logistics and operations to solve complex problems for my clients before they even arise. My goal isn’t just to make the sale and close the deal, but rather to bring the person what they really need, and to train my team to do the same.
Since joining MCDATM Associates, I've been so fortunate to have been trained and mentored by Mark Kahil. I've even found myself more fortunate to be able to do the same for multiple agents in helping them to develop their careers with us. I've almost always been in some sort of managerial position and I've had multiple teams of employees under me at previous jobs. But It wasn't until I started with MCDATM that I felt the true pride in helping to guide other agents into building their own careers and financial success.
