Mr. Kahil has an Undergraduate Degree from Sam Houston State University and a
Graduate Degree from Jones International University. He spent the first years after graduating in the Investor Relations Industry and began his career in the Health Insurance Industry in January 2005; Mr. Kahil originally sold Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Long-Term Care and Medicare. Due to the complexity and uncertainties in the industry he discontinued Long-term and Medicare and specialized in helping customers understand the Health Insurance options available and assisting
them in making the best decision for their family. Two Years after starting in the Industry Mr. Kahil felt like he could help the new agents explain the industry better if he trained them to treat people like family and get to know them rather than just an insurance sale. As a result, he quickly moved up in leadership positions until he became a Division Manager in the Houston, Texas area in 2012.
Throughout the years, Mr. Kahil has helped hundreds of agents gain success and his
teams have produced more than $200 Million dollars in Health Insurance sales. Much
of which is still being utilized by their customers today. Mr. Kahil ranks in the top tier of
leaders that have recruited, trained and promoted numerous other leaders within the
Texas area that are now duplicating his success within their respective offices.
Mr. Kahil has consistently been a Council of Excellence Winner year over year and one
of the Top Tier Leaders in the history of the Industry.
