Before beginning my career with this team, I was very shy, not confident, unhappy, financially insecure, selfish, low discipline, negative, and didn't have a secure career path for my future. Since joining this team in 2023, I am now the most confident, financially secure, determined, employment secure, positive, disciplined and happiest I've ever been in my life. And that is mainly because My Leaders and Co-Workers are some of the best Individuals I've ever met in my life. They believed in me from Day 1 and they're always encouraging, supportive, and as positive as they can be. I've had several ups and downs in this career, but I plan on staying with this team and this company for the rest of my life because I've never been a part of a team like this before. This Company and Team have truly changed my life for the better financially, mentally & spiritually. And with me being a recipient of that positive impact it motivates me to not only succeed but also help create that impact for other people. Since joining MCDATM Associates, I've been so fortunate to have been trained and mentored by Mark Kahil, Derek Tice, and several other wonderful leaders. They consistently spoke to me as someone who could achieve great things and the saw levels of success that I could achieve before I was able to see it myself. I have since acquired my own team of wonderful agents who I work with everyday to help them grow their own business with the the hopes of continuing to live up to the e3xpectations and beliefs of those who believed in me. As someone who has also made significant strides in my personal/professional growth since joining MCDATM, I take a patient, encouraging and optimistic approach to training my team. I know firsthand that building your own business is a long and difficult road.
